I'm in the US, am i gonna have issues with tariffs?
You dont have to worry about anything! Since i am in the UK, i am rerquired to pay tariffs for US customers ahead of shipping the items. Backerkit has enabled creators to start charging this value- REDUCED TO A FLAT 10% OF ORDER VALUE- during the pledge manager. You will see a line with this value during checkout, and i will identify it so you know what it is.

Where do you ship?
I’m UK based, but i ship mostly everywhere! I do not ship to Israel and Russi. Similarly, there may be shipping restrictions due to conflict at the time of shipping. If your country is affected, i will work with you to what we can do.

Can i add more items to my pledge after the campaign ends?
Yes! A Backerkit survey will be sent out shortly after the project ends to any confirmed backers- there you will be able to both choose the items you’d like to receive and add more add-ons to your pledge!

What are the advantages of backing you here?
Not only does backing me on kickstarter allow me to make a lot more items at once than i normally would be able to, you can benefit from lower prices.

Absolutely! There are many ways to support my art if you can’t afford to or just dont want to back a kickstarter. One of the best ways to do this is sharing the kickstarter project! Its very hard for me to share my own work to the right audience because places like bookish facebook groups dont allow self-promotion. This meanst artists cannot share their own art, but it’s fine for someone else who loves it to share it! Following me on social media and above all, commenting on my posts/photos on instagram is also an amazing way to help. The instagram algorithm actively goes against anyone trying to reach wider audiences without paying for it, but engagement is the best way to go against this! If you recognize my art being shared without credit, giving me a shout out is also amazing- this happens a lot on FB, and I dont get to see it most of the time.

I've seen your items being sold by someone else online, is this legit?
No! I am the only person who sells my designs and pieces online. I have unfortunately had my art stolen many time, especially my t-shirts and stickers. If you see my t-shirt designs anywhere that isn’t my redbubble or website/etsy, please be aware it’s a scam and you will not receive what you pay for.

You dont have a tier for the number of pins i want, what do i do?
You can select the tier closest to the number of pins you want, and then add more as add-ons, now or after the campaign when the backerkit survey is sent out! For example: if you want 3 pins, you can select the reward tier with 2 pins, and then in the next page you’ll be asked if you want to add any add-ons- you can then add a third pin!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
